With planning, our team assists with vendor referrals and selection, design assistance, decision-making support, and checklist completion. In addition to coordinating the details of your day, we actively help you bring your vision to life throughout the entire planning process.

Please note that Partial and Full Planning have different levels of responsibility and involvement from our team, with Full Planning offering more comprehensive support from start to finish.

Day of Coordination

IS EXACTLY WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE

We ensure your plans are flawlessly executed on the day of your event. This includes making sure your vendors arrive on time, assisting with light decor setup, finalizing details, and ensuring your timeline runs smoothly. We’ll cue your bridal party and officiant, directing everyone to their places and keeping things on track.

While the name implies that we only show up on the day of, we believe that a truly seamless event requires more than just a day-of presence. To ensure everything is perfectly coordinated, we offer a 60-day minimum lead time to work with our couples. This time allows us to connect, get on the same page, and ensure all the details are in place well before the big day. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and stress-free as we bring your vision to life!

  • One pre-wedding consultation via Zoom or phone call to explain the planning and coordination process and review wedding details. Additional in-person meeting hours will be charged at $100/hour if requested by the client.
  • One venue walk-through and venue planning meeting
  • One ceremony rehearsal meeting
  • Up to 8 working hours on the wedding day (Additional hours available for an extra fee)
  • Unlimited advice via email during business hours beginning 60 days before event
  • Overseeing and assisting with the set-up of decor items at the ceremony, cocktail, and reception areas

After discussing all of your options on your call, choose the best service package for you!We will send you a quote to review and accept.

03 / CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

After you decide the best planning package for you, we will send over your contract & collect your deposit to hold your date

04 / WELCOME PACKET

You’ll receive your welcome packet, complete with our vendor list, communication timeline and rentals list.

05 / FIRST PLANNING CALL

Depending on your package select, you will have your first planning call within two weeks of working with us! Or you will receive a check in email from our team.

WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A PLANNER?

I could list so many reasons, but it comes down to one major thing. PEACE OF MIND. You have been planning, anticipating, dreaming about this day for so long. Having a planner takes the stress out of the orchestration of the day. This ensures that all of your hard work does not leave you with a "I wish I had help" or "I missed eating my meal because I was making sure the cake was ready" or "my dad missed this memory because he was making sure the DJ knew what song to play".. I take that away! You can be at ease knowing that all of the details are done... And you are free to enjoy your day.. And your loved ones can too..

My venue requires I have a Day Of Coordinator/Planner, why?

Most venues require this to ensure that your day runs smoothly and that all vendors you hire have a contact on the day of your event. While venue managers are my right hand on the day of your wedding, they are limited to what they can assist with. Our planners oversee the entire event from start to finish.

Yes! Evermore is a full Limited Liability Company with a San Diego business license. We are also event insured. We would be happy to present the policy to the venue if needed!
